Having gained qualifications in building services engineering and developed this through years of experience in the industry working for tier one contractors, Claire has detailed technical knowledge across all aspects of mechanical services engineering.
Wes is a highly experienced design manager with a diverse professional background and excellent technical knowledge. Wes takes a proactive lead in mechanical design development, ensuring the client’s requirements are integrated into an efficient, user-friendly design.

Senior project manager nathan is a highly experienced individual. He is a well-rounded individual with an excellent technical understanding of all aspects of building services. Nathan ensures that the various supply chain partner activities are undertaken safely, are properly coordinated, and kept to the programme.

Liam ENSURES THAT THE VARIOUS SUPPLY CHAIN PARTNERS ACTIVITIES ARE UNDERTAKEN SAFELY, ARE PROPERLY COORDINATED, AND KEPT TO THE PROGRAMME
LIAM DEELEY JOINED THE BUSINESS ON OUR APPRENTICESHIP PROGRAMME OVER TWO YEARS AGO. LIAM HAS DEVELOPED EXCEPTIONALLY, GAINING VALUABLE EXPERIENCE ACROSS ALL ASPECTS OF BUILDING SERVICES. LIAM WAS RECENTLY PROMOTED TO ASSISTANT PROJECT ENGINEER AND WILL NOW ATTEND COVENTRY UNIVERSITY TO COMPLETE HIS DEGREE STUDIES.
TES welcomed Tom to the business in 2022 and he has quickly gained a reputation for having a keen eye for detail that fits perfectly with the TES target of getting things right first time. Tom has a keen interest in commercial and financial management is currently combining his role at TES with studies with his degree course in surveying at Birmingham City University.
Scott manages the planning, preparation and delivery of our growing service and maintenance offering at TES. He is an experienced engineer with over fifteen years’ experience in the industry and enjoys a highly respected reputation with a wide variety of our clients across all sectors. Scott often carries out many of the maintenance works for our customers and maintains close links with a broad supply chain.
Sarah joined TES in 2022 and has quickly settled in to provide the seamless link between the more traditional building services activities of the business with the service and maintenance offering, and is heavily involved in the successful co-ordination and planning of the activities, often being the first port of call for our customers. Sarah excels at ensuring that the business maintains timely compliance with the variety of accredited schemes that we are proud to be associated with.
